Paterson Grain has an opening for a Grain Elevator Facility Manager in Indian Head, SK. This position reports to the General Manager.
  
Responsibilities:
Operations of a grain terminal facility
involved in the day-to-day operations of grain procurement
Inventory maintenance management
Grain shipments, grain grading/blending, grain sales and related documentation
Optimize throughput and grain handling of the facility
Communicate and train staff on policies and procedures ensuring proper grain handling in a profitable and efficient manner.  
Create and maintain customer loyalty by demonstrating integrity, service, market knowledge and professionalism in all dealings with farmers.
Monitors all controllable expenses to maximize profitability of the facility.  Responsible for the specifications of grains loaded into rail cars and trucks.

Education and Experience:
Previous supervisory experience
3 plus years related industry experience
A background in Agriculture or farming is an asset
Excellent communication skills
Valid drivers license
