RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide and coach a diverse group of employees that results in a team that can meet its goals and objectives
- Analyze and develop options and solutions, and make policy recommendations to meet departmental goals and client needs.
- Review and analyze financial and operational data in order to form conclusions and make recommendations.
- Ability to influence and convince others to implement and ensure compliance with relevant company's policies
- Work independently, and as a contributing member of a team to establish and maintain positive working relationships and achieve common goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 to 5 years of management experience
- Experience working in retail industry would be a definite asset.
- Strong computer skills including word processing, speadsheets and internet
