Facility: COMMUNITY HEALTH (MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES)
Job Description: Working out of the Community Services Building in Weyburn the incumbent will be responsible for supervision of clinical staff throughout Sun Country Health Region.  As well, there is an expectation of direct client service delivery, clinical case management, community education, community development, and the promotion of healthy lifestyles. These services will be delivered through a combination of direct service, consultation, community resource development and education.  May also be assigned other related duties, as required.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Chemical Dependency studies or another Bachelor Degree acceptable to the employer
Experience
3-5 years experience in a clinical supervision position in a Mental Health and Addiction setting.  
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Knowledge of the Addictions specific Twelve Core Functions
Ability to assist and develop policies and procedures according to best practices
Advanced leadership skills
Knowledge of the transtheoretical model of change
Leadership abilities and professional maturity to develop and maintain consulting relationships within a multidisciplinary team, interagency programs and across Mental Health and Addiction Services and the community
Strong knowledge of trauma informed care, gender- responsive care, the harm reduction model, Saskatchewan model of recovery services, the motivation assessment process and the developmental model of recovery, and positive parenting models and other evidence based practices.
Ability to organize work load demands
Ability to demonstrate an app
