The Saskatchewan Medical Association (www.sma.sk.ca) is a voluntary, member-based, professional association for physicians, medical students and residents in the province and it is the provincial chapter of the Canadian Medical Association.

The Saskatchewan Medical Association (SMA) is seeking a skilled change management advisor (CMA) to support the mandate of the Saskatchewan Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Program. Reporting to the director of the EMR Program, the CMA provides effective change management services with the goal of increasing utilization of the electronic medical record (EMR) and the provincial electronic health record (EHR). These change management services include relationship management, clinic coaching, networking, marketing activities, integrated service delivery, and developing and executing formal change and project plans in order to provide ongoing support to physicians within their clinical setting.

You possess an undergraduate degree in health-care administration, business administration or education, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
You have a valid Saskatchewan drivers license and the ability to travel.
