The Tartan Curling Club is currently seeking a creative, outgoing and hard-working individual to lead our bar operations at Rocks Lounge at the Tartan.  This is a seasonal full-time position (October  April) with part-time hours available in the offseason.  In addition to regular duties of bartending, scheduling and inventory management, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to our event planning and collaborate with our Kitchen Manager on daily specials and promotions.  A minimum of 2 years prior experience working in a bar or lounge is preferred, and pay is negotiable depending on experience.

Primary duties:

- Coordinate and lead all bartending and food service in Rocks Lounge at the Tartan, including cash handling and customer service
- Monitor, maintain and track all sales and inventory levels for the lounge
- Schedule and lead staff in the successful operations and delivery of service
- Control and maintain the cleanliness of the bar and lounge area
- Support event planning and promotion as needed
