Agrocorp Processing Ltd., a dealer and processor of grains and pulses, is hiring a part-time, detail-oriented, and highly organized Admin Assistant to join our Cut Knife team.
Hours: 20-30/week, flexibility in choosing morning or afternoon work hours preference
Start date: Sep 26/16
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with sending out contracts
- Assist with sample logging
- Scan documentation (scale tickets, invoices) to forward to Accounting
- Provide full admin support, answer phones, administer petty cash
Required skills:
- Attention to detail
- Work in fast-paced environment
- Proficient with usage of printer/scanner, email, cloud-based programs
