Report to: Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager.
The Studio Association is responsible for effectively contributing, on an individual and team basis, to the profitable operation of their assigned studio. They must strive to execute the vision and overall business strategy of Photo Unlimited drive sales and increase profitability.
Key Responsibility:
- Partner with the Studio Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve quarterly and annual Studio operating plan goal.
- Partner with Studio Manager and Assistant Manager to complete required training within specified guidelines and continually work to improve individual skills.
- Effectively contribute to the studio culture, focusing on increasing sales, maintaining positive employee morale, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by effectively executing the Portrait Studio brand photography and sales process.
- Contribute and maintain effective relationships, with Photos Unlimited Corporate Office, Host Store Management, Mall Management, and studio team.
- Comply with Photo Unlimited and Host Store policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to stated Photo Unlimited Core Values.

- A strong ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as work alone (single coverage).
Photography background helps, none needed. DSLR Camera an asset. Looking for candidates with both weekend and some weekday availability.
