KIA of Prince Albert, a division of FFUN Group, is currently looking for a Fixed Operations Manager to run the Parts and Service Department of the dealership.

The Fixed Operations Manager will serve and support the vision and goals of the Dealership and assure the smooth operations and financial performance of the Parts and Service Department. The Fixed Operations Manager is a customer service specialist, serving internal and external customers (retail and wholesale) with a drive to achieve results.  The Fixed Operations Manager has the ability to manage stressful situations and communicate effectively.  The Fixed Operations Manager will be responsible to manage a team of advisors and technicians and provide training, support and guidance.


What are we looking for in a Fixed Operations Manager?
- Automotive parts and or service management experience.
- Experience as a professional parts/service journeyperson.
- Enthusiastic and eager to consistently set and achieve growth oriented targets and goals.
- Proven leadership ability to attract, develop, and retain great talent and build a team environment.
- A passion for leading and managing change for purposes of continuous improvement.
- Strong financial and business acumen and the ability to drive revenue and profitability whilst managing expenses.
- Organization and follow-up skills.
- Experience and desire to effectively work with and leverage technology.
- Valid drivers license; must have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
- Work references required.
