Job Description: The Nursing Unit Manager is accountable for the overall management and quality of patient care provided to adult patients requiring medical and surgical intensive care, Post anesthetic care and respiratory services.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Experience
Five to Ten years of related or administrative experience.  Experience with LEAN would be a definite asset.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent leadership, mentoring, organizational, and communication skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
Working knowledge of a modern office environment

37.5 hours in a week rotation.
