Employer is seeking a part-time Lead Cook for work on a Food Truck to start work as soon as possible. Individual must have the ability to work independently, with little or no supervision.
Duties include:
- maintain a clean kitchen
- prep food
- cook food
- menu planning
- inventory and order items
- stock items
Requirements:
- Food industry experience (2 - 5 years)
- Food Health & Safety
- Pre-Access Drug & Alcohol
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
