Description

MuniCode Services Ltd. located in the City of Warman,
Saskatchewan is looking to employ a qualified Class 3
building official, engineer, or architect to join our team of passionate individuals. Must have industrial,
commercial design, and construction experience.  Applicants
must either hold a valid Class III Building Officials License, or
Engineering/Architectural degree.  Applicants must also posses a
valid drivers license.  

DUTIES:
1. Review complex commercial, industrial, institutional and large
residential construction details for permit issuance.
2. Conduct inspections on complex commercial, industrial,
institutional and large residential buildings during all phases of
construction to ensure compliance with applicable codes, acts
and standards.
3. Communicate effectively with contractors, property owners, designers,
etc.
4. Maintain physical and electronic records.
5. Provide technical information related to the National Building
Code, The Uniform Building and Accessibility Standards Act and
regulations under the Act, NFPA, etc.
6. Performs other related duties as required.

Salary is based on experience and education.  This will be
discussed during the interview process.
