Description

The Lloydminster Community Youth Centre (a program of the Lloydminster Interval Home Society) is seeking a Program Facilitator to assist with developing and delivering recreational and/or support programs offered through the Youth Centre; to plan and facilitate the weekly activities and programs in accordance with the organization's standards; to assist with opening duties and closing cleaning duties; to provide positive role modeling and support to clients during the activities or sessions; to attend training and personal development opportunities as requested by management; to attend monthly staff meetings to provide the participant perspective as it relates to the Youth Centre. The successful employee will have a thorough knowledge of youth related issues and challenges and a passion for working directly with at-risk youth. You will have a valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract, a minimum of 3 years driving and insurance history, plus you must be comfortable driving a 15 passenger van. Experience working with at-risk youth and excellent communication skills are necessary. You must have a positive attitude, be a team player with a high level of common sense and decision making ability.
