Buffalo Head is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Spill Response and Liability team as a Project Manager within our SE Saskatchewan area of operation (offices in Estevan, Weyburn and Arcola).
As Project Manager you will be 50% field and 50% office based.  Specifically, primary duties will relate to emergency spill response, Phase I, Phase II and Phase III environmental site assessment projects.  You will report directly to the Manager of Spill Response and Liability and have the support of the entire Buffalo Head team.
Key duties include, but are not limited to:
-    Project management for spill response and liability projects;
-    Liaising with key stake holders including clients, land owners, service providers, governing agencies and senior project personnel;
-    Conducting emergency spill response field work and follow on Phase III remediation;
-    Conducting Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments;
-    Preparing cost estimates, scopes, updates to clients and formal reports;
-    Other duties as required.
The successful candidate will have:
-    A degree in biology, environmental science, agriculture, geology, geography or other related discipline;
-    Two to five years of experience in the environmental field;
-    Experience in Saskatchewan oil and gas sector;
-    Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-    Ability to meet tight deadlines;
-    Strong time management and organizational skills; and,
-    Valid Class 5 drivers license with clean abstract.
