Atha Hotel o/a Ramada Carlyle is looking for a Administrative Assistant
We are looking for candidates, who can work permanent, full-time; however,
We also encourage part-time candidates to apply.
Wage: $18.00/hr based on 36-40hr/wk with paid 5.9% vacation fee
Candidates should meet requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- Diploma in administrative program or at least 1-2 years administrative
related work experience
Main duties;
- Receive, open, correspond incoming mail
- Receive e-mail and fax regarding business purpose, and then prepare correspondence
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay phone calls and messages
- Schedule, arrange and confirm employers appointments or meetings
- Arrange employers business trip schedule
- On behalf of Ramada Carlyle to greet and discuss with visitors who comes with
Business purposes and direct to suitable person
- Confirm, order, maintain records of collected invoices for needed supplies and inventory
- Set-up, maintain both manual and computerized Ramadas filing system
- Scan and manage each staffs daily reports
- Provide and assist office support in the Ramada to deliver outstanding guest services
Candidates are willing to work on weekend or overtime, it is necessary
