Reporting to the VP of Operations, the District Manager is responsible for achieving district sales objectives and maximizing profitability by providing leadership, coaching, and development to Managers and their teams to help them achieve their sales and contribution targets. Responsibilities include directing all aspects of Store Operations; guest experience, recruitment & development, inventory management, in-store merchandising, and all other responsibilities relating the operations of the District.
