Job Summary:
AFL is looking for highly motivated individuals to deliver exceptional customer experience while providing the highest quality of installation services.
Responsibilities:
You will also be responsible for;
Going to customers homes to install their internet, phone and cable services over fiber.
Interacting with home owners with the highest quality of customer service and ensure that every customer is satisfied.
Requirements:
Must be customer focused and able to handle a variety of customer interactions.
Must be technically inclined and a desire to learn.
Employment Environment:
Will need to work outdoors in all weather conditions, at times in confined spaces.
Heavy lifting (30 kgs+), carrying of loads up and down stairs/ladders, walking and/or standing for prolonged periods.
Working with heights (30+ ft), climbing of stairs, ladders, and/or scaffolds.
Ability to distinguish between colors, use small hand tools.
Reaching and/or grasping, stooping, kneeling, bending, crawling, and crouching.
Exposure to noisy or dusty conditions, mechanical, electrical, and/or other hazards.
Finger and wrist dexterity.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Must have a valid drivers license. Driving record will be examined and must meet our Motor Vehicle policy.
All employees will be subject to successfully completing a criminal background check.
