Preferably based out of Prince Albert, the Business Systems Analyst collaborates with the staff and management of various business units and the IT team to assist with the full systems life cycle (planning, designing, developing, training, launching, and supporting) of business. This individual will partner with the business and apply proven leadership, communication, analytical, project management, and technical skills to lead relevant business processes and system transformation efforts. This role will have key responsibilities in the development and implementation of technology solutions related to the Food Distribution Industry.
Responsibilities:
Business Process & Systems:
Translate business requirements into business solutions using ERP and related system functionality.
Develop all necessary system requirement documentation to communicate with business sponsors, developers, and other resources involved.
Collaborate with IT staff, business management, end users, and external consultants during all phases of planning, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting ERP and related business systems to ensure business requirements have been met.
Effectively lead and manage the human side of change efforts related to business process and systems changes.
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for new and modified systems, and other post-implementation support.

Project Management:
Execute and proactively manage changes to project scope.
Qualifications:
College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, IT Administration, computer science, accounting, or management information systems and at least 5 years related work experience.
Other requirements:
Our client is headquartered in Prince Albert. As such, 2/3 of the focus will be in Prince Albert.
