The Saskatoon Co-operative Association currently requires a Senior Sales Agronomist for our Agro Department.

The successful applicant will be responsible in managing long term business relationships with Saskatoon Co-op producers. The individual will be involved in conducting direct sales calls of seed, chemical, fertilizer and all services currently being offered by the Agro center. The individual will also be responsible for mentoring and training a team of agronomists, along with offering operational support to the crop inputs manager.

Applicants must have a strong agricultural background, a post-secondary degree or diploma in Agriculture specializing in Agronomy or Plant Sciences and must have a P.Ag designation. The candidate also must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. The individual must be eligible for membership into the SIA, and possess a minimum of 5 years of industry sales experience. Past supervisory experience and a CCA designation will be considered an asset.
