SENIOR MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

THE POSITION: Reporting to the Member Service Supervisor, this position is responsible to lead, motivate and develop city member service staff & to minimize risk to the organization and to members by adherence to security procedures. Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement service strategies to expand the client base, enhance member relationships utilizing Member First strategies, manage the customer service process, and enhance integration of these services with the credit union
- Provide training to new staff as well as conduct on-going training refreshers to present staff, ensure that product knowledge is sufficient to foster business development, and to introduce new or revised procedures
- Foster business development through service excellence and product knowledge by cross-selling all credit union products
- Provide direction and leadership to staff and resolve operational, administrative and technical problems in areas of member service functions, balancing, security procedures and product information
