BSC requires a Junior Business Analyst - you will provide business analysis solutions to our client.

Formal BA skills along with technical knowledge is required.

Other Requirements:
- Experience and knowledge of IT solutions.
- Experience facilitating requirements gathering and identifying business processes.
- Experience building strong relationships with business clients by understanding their business needs.
- Ability to work with both IT and business teams to ensure business requirements are implemented.
- Prepare documentation for business analysis projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- North American work experience is a must.
