We are seeking sharp and energetic people. We are looking for an Assistant Manager for a full service Universal Auto Spa to meet the demands of our growing business. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with outstanding customer service, communication and leadership skills.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist and coordinate activities of workers engaged in washing and polishing automobiles and related services
Act as a working manager, which means willing to act in all roles of the car wash as needed, including cleaning, and greeting vehicles.
Inspect equipment and arrange for repair as necessary
Mentoring and discipline of employees
Responsible for seamless and outstanding service, especially when involving customer complaints and escalating issues
Assists in managing inventory, ordering supplies and performing labor/good costs analysis
Work closely with employees to ensure a clean and safe working environment
Able to offer outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
Management experience in a high volume, customer focused business, two (2) years experience preferred
Must be able to read and write English
Must be able to multitask
Manage daily customer traffic through effective delegation
Automotive service or previous car wash management is a plus
Must be honest and reliable
Must be able to maintain a positive attitude
Must be able to lift push, pull and bend up to 50 pounds
Must be able to endure repetitive bending and reaching
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must have reliable transportation
