We are looking for a sales professional with passion for Business Development and strong desire to be a part of a high performing team. Reporting to the Business Director, the Account Manager will have both a strong customer service orientation and a proven selling style work with peers and the management team to enhance and develop strategies to increase market share.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
Requirements
University degree or equivalent Diploma in Business management with specialization in sales
Proven account management or other relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization,
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Language proficiency in English, Hindi / Punjabi , Gujarati
