Description

Join the momentum at MNP, as we are seeking a Regional Marketing Assistant for our growing Marketing team. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada.

Performance Expectations
Assist the marketing team with the coordination, tactical execution, tracking and day-to-day administration of marketing strategies and initiatives
Provide support to the Regional Marketing Manager in all areas of marketing
Perform administrative duties specific to the marketing department such as updating and maintaining databases, client lists and preparing materials for distribution to clients
Assist with the coordination of client prospect programs in conjunction with other internal resources and other internal marketing-related initiatives
Gather and compile market research for planning purposes
Maintain marketing materials including promotional items, brochures and tradeshow equipment
Produce and format documents such as proposals, presentations, correspondence and reports
Conduct other projects and ad-hoc activities as directed by the Regional Marketing Manager
Provide incremental administrative support to the regional management team as needed
Credentials
A diploma in Marketing, Administration or related discipline
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a marketing capacity is preferred
Experience in a professional services firm preferred
Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Office
