Job Summary: The position of Journeyman Welder includes, but is not limited to production welding, service & repair welding, prototype building, and fitter welding.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Production welding
-Service and repair welding
-Prototype welding
-Conduct repairs, modifications and retrofits
-Fabricate specialty projects
-Troubleshoot and rework pieces
-Maintain safe work practices through the implementation of company procedures and policies
-Ensures accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects
-Meet and maintain company quality standards
-Actively participates in the implementation and daily routines of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System
-Actively participates and cooperates with internal/external ISO Audits
-Assists in all areas of the fabrication shop where needed
Qualifications: Saskatchewan Journeyman Certification
