Are you ready for a new challenge? Ranch Ehrlo Society is looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an IT Analyst 1. The IT Analyst 1 will provide helpdesk support to our employees for software applications, hardware problems, and network connectivity requests and problems. The IT Analyst 1 will identify and resolve technical problems of varying complexities.
Ranch Ehrlo Society is a non-profit organization that provides quality prevention, restorative, and advocacy services to vulnerable individuals and families.
Key responsibilities:
-Provide helpdesk support and remote access services support to our staff.
-Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve computer hardware, software, and network problems.
-Install hardware and software, and address network connectivity requests across all sites of the Ranch.
-Install computer equipment and phones and provide ongoing equipment support.
-Support, analyze, and resolve technical problems related to a suite of applications which are used within the Ranch. These include, Microsoft Deployment Kit, DeepFreeze Cloud, Symantec Enterprise, LogMeIn, Ultimate Time and Attendance, Faronics InSight, Sophos (web content filter).
-Assist in disaster recovery procedures for the restoration of services in the event of a disruption.
-Provide coverage in other IT related areas as needed.
Candidates will have:
-Certificate, diploma, or degree in Computer Sciences and/or a combination of other related hardware, help-desk, advance software, or applications training.
-A minimum of two years related work experience.
-Ability to research, analyze, and problem solve effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-High attention to detail, displaying accuracy.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-Ability to travel and support the Ranchs sites in Pilot Butte/Regina area, Saskatoon area, and Prince Albert area.
