The Wireless Store Manager is accountable to the Regional Manager, and will be working in a corporate retail store location which has a service & installation center as well as a warehouse. The incumbent must possess cellular and radio knowledge, experience and demonstrated ability to create a work environment poised to deliver extraordinary customer service through effective leadership.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure efficient and effective execution of operational goals;
Accountable for achieving operational excellence through personal sales results; ongoing training, coaching & development of sales team;
Strong exp with reporting, analytics and productivity measurements;
Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines;
Monitor store inventory management process & reporting;
Prepare for and conduct an annual inventory count & reconciliation;
Respond to customer comments & complaints;
Review schedules, commission/sales, & payroll to ensure accuracy;
Provide assistance and resolutions to all employee issues, and work directly with the HR department to address or resolve issues as needed;
Responsible for employee performance evaluations;
Develop new skills as required and upgrade training as identified by the RM.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum 5 yrs. exp. in leadership roles within a customer care & sales environment;
Experience in analyzing and planning appropriately for business demands;
Strong leadership skills including the ability to direct, coach, develop & supervise a multi-level team;
Proven ability to act with a sense of urgency without sacrificing excellence;
Must be well organized & can multi-task;
Proficient with MS Office, POS software, previous exp with Epicor & ADP is an asset;
Attention to detail & follow through;
Continually develops knowledge, skills and abilities;
Must have a valid drivers license.
