Adecco is currently recruiting for a Inside Sales/Order Desk Representative at our clients facility in Saskatoon. This is a 9 month contract with the possibility of extension for the right person. In this role you will be responsible for responding to in person client inquiries while supporting the outside sales team.
Key responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative include:
- Respond to walk in customer inquiries as well as order entry and processing (phone and in-person)
- Providing astounding customer service to a variety of customers
- Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure
- General administrative functions; inside sales support to the outside sales team
- Problem resolution (order, shipping, etc)
- Processing payments
- Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count
Qualifications for the Order Desk / Customer Service Representative:
- 3 to 5 years in a customer service role, ideally in an order desk/inside sales capacity
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills, familiarity with order entry database systems and MS Office programs
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
