As our Concierge, your mission, should you chose to accept it, is to foster a sense of community so our Tenants' cannot imagine living anywhere else through deeply caring for our Tenants and their home, delivering exceptional concierge services to make our Tenants' lives' easier and creating industry leading Clubhouse programming that brings people together and inspires friendships through:
Bringing people together and fostering a sense of community by planning and delivering industry leading business, athletic and social Clubhouse programming that creates friendships and networks in our Rental Condo complex
Making our tenants' lives' easier through delivering concierge services that exceeds customer expectations.
Actively resolving tenants' queries by accompanying the customer through the problem solving process and delivering industry leading customer service.
Caring for our property and going above and beyond to ensure the property is welcoming and inviting and creates an excellent first impression.
Creating a warm, friendly and engaging Social Media environment by having meaningful conversations with tenants and potential tenants.
