Covertite Eastern Ltd. is a commercial roofing company looking to expand our skilled labour force with qualified individuals seeking to build a career.
We are looking to hire motivated individuals to start immediately.
Flat Roof Labourer are responsible for following the direction of the Foreman in moving materials, cleaning up the working area and assisting Flat Roofers. They assist with the tear off of the old roofing system and clean up rubble before Roofers work in installing the new system. They are constantly moving around the job site to set up or prep for the next section of roof to be installed, obey all HSE requirements and follow any other directions given to them by their Foreman.
Work Setting: Candidates should be able to work fill-time in the day or evening or on weekends if required and be able to work in variable weather conditions
Work Conditions: Candidates should be physically fit, able to lift 50lbs, able to work on heights.
Requirements
Must be a team players and able to work independently
Must have safety boots, hard hat and harness
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Must have a good work ethic
Follow all safety requirements
1-2 years of experience as a labourer is an asset
Working at Heights and WHMIS considered an asset
Current drivers license considered an asset
