Client Services and Equipment Coordinator
Want to join a team where your passion for the industry and client relationship skills are utilized and appreciated? The Field Services team at Lifting Solutions is growing and in need of a Client Services and Equipment Coordinator.This is an integral role in which you will be face-to-face with our clients and accountable for providing best-in-class service quality and coordination. You will be responsible for order entry, scheduling, job assignment Service Specialists, dispatching work, tracking and reporting, and answering calls from service specialists, clients, and other employees. To guarantee success, you will have strong communication skills and a passion for client service. Direct communication with the Field Service Manager and working with all internal departments will be required.

Your Responsibilities

Ensure clients have clearly defined strategies, maintain progress towards goals, and receive excellent service quality
Provide timely response to client service requests and questions
Anticipate potential process issues and implement corrective measures
Advise and provide oversight for escalated client issues
Work with technical support and the management team to provide continued improvements to the client services experience
Maintain data quality using service data management tools

Your Qualifications and Experience
Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent
Previous proven oilfield dispatching experience and a deep understanding of the oilfield services environment
