Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking a Transportation Planner. The candidate may work from our Canadian operations at Belle Plaine, Regina, Esterhazy or Colonsay; or our US locations Carlsbad or FishHawk. Mosaic Potash contracts about $130 million per year to Canadian rail carriers and manages a 3,000 car rail fleet. The Transportation Planner will optimize freight opportunities among all the plants to maximize contract incentives. The position will be heavily involved in maximizing rail car use efficiency, connectivity to railroads, and the CP contract. This position will also provides coverage and support to the Inventory Planning Manager and Supply Plann ers.

What is required for this role?
* Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Management, Business Administration, Business Communication or Administration and 5 years of relevant experience. OR
* Diploma in Logistics, Supply Management, Business Administration, Business Communication or Administration and 10 years of relevant experience.
* Business Management experience.
* Potash industry knowledge.
* SAP configuration experience.
* Supervisory and leadership experience is an asset.
* Advanced experience in the Microsoft Office suite.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
