Description

Algard Auto Repair Ltd. (Algard) restores hail damaged vehicles back to their original condition using Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). Algard is a Canadian company. Algard works directly with Retail Customers, Auto Insurance Companies, Auto Dealerships, Rental Agencies, Body Shops and Detail Centers to remove dents in automobiles caused directly by hail.

Algard is seeking an Experienced Paintless Dent Repair- Hail Technicians to fill a permanent full - time position in which the Technicians will repair body damage to automobiles caused by hail.

Minimum requirements of a successful candidate include the following:
    Completion of High School
    At least 3 years of work experience in the motor vehicle body repair trade as a Paintless Dent Repair Hail Technician
    A valid drivers license
    Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication)
    Candidates must supply their own PDR tools and equipment
The duties for this position include:
    Utilize metal rods and body tools to gently push out dents from the underside of the body panel
    Repair dents using a glue pulling system
    Accurate record keeping of repair work completed
    Use specially designed tools to gently massage auto body panels into their original shape
    Assess damage and provide accurate quotes on repairs
    Plan and schedule repair work to be completed in a timely manner
    Use a PDR reading light to determine the location and severity of the dent

Work Location: 665A McDonald St Regina SK. Must be willing to travel as this position may require you to work at multiple locations across Canada. Candidates must be willing to travel on short notice.
