Description

If you are an enthusiastic, hardworking, technology-oriented person this is your opportunity to apply at a well-established retail business with a strong and interactive client base.
SaskTel Mobility sales and contracts. Computer and technology sales.
Arranges merchandise in attractive manner, including price labeling and signage.
Maintains cleanliness of retail area.
Displays a natural aptitude and enthusiasm for technology.
Product research and review on mobility and computing.
Comfortable providing a solution to a client to meet their technology needs, quoting on product and client follow-up.
First point of contact via phone and walk-in traffic. Collaborates with enterprise sales and service department on client communication.
Able to assess the nature of reported computing problems and sales requests to forward to the correct internal resource.
Effectively completes both initial and ongoing SaskTel mobility training.
Understands contracts and is able to discuss with client.
Able to keep records and analyze data related to those records.
An effective communicator and problem solver.
Thoughtful, dedicated, confident and focused.
Works independently and within a team environment.
Comfortable following set processes and working with data entry.
Has sufficient computing, desktop publishing and MS office skills, willing to strengthen those skills.
Comfortable with Point-of-Sale software and procedures, including interac machine and cashout.
Proficient or willing to learn mobility device end user customer service, both hardware analysis and software support.
Procurement and tracking of warranty claims and trade-ins on mobility devices.
Additional duties as assigned.
Excellent written and oral language skills in English. French, Cree or Dene are beneficial but not required.
Class 5 drivers license is required.
Obtain Exam Proctor qualifications.
