Description

We are looking for a hard working driven person who has warehouse, shipping and receiving experience to join our Regina team. This role will also assist with deliveries and pick up of equipment so a valid class 5 non graduated drivers licence is a mandatory requirement of the position. This role also has the potential to develop into a Traffic Technician role come spring 2017.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Help prepare orders for customers (Shipping/Receiving)
Load & unload equipment for customers and Traffic Technicians
Keep shop, yard and equipment clean and organized
Assist in the maintenance of and assembling of equipment
Help prepare work orders with required equipment
Able to do minor repairs on equipment and vehicles

Qualifications:

Construction experience is a must
Previous experience working in a warehouse is a must
Driving/Delivery experience for a construction company is an asset
Shipping/Receiving experience is an asset
Traffic Control/Lane Closure experience is an asset

Requirements (Candidates must have/be able to):

Mechanically inclined
Must have a valid (non-graduated) class 5 drivers license & own transportation
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
Able to lift 75 lbs.
Must be able and willing to work OT
Must be very familiar with the city and surrounding areas/have the ability to read maps
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a team
