101162336 Saskatchewan Ltd. dba Country Squire Inn is looking for a full-time & permanent responsible Bookkeeper to team up

Ideal candidate:
-Completed high school
-Completion of a college program in accounting field or
completion of two years recognized professional accounting program or
Course in accounting field combined with 2 years of related experience.  

We offer $20/hr based on 30-36hr/week (part-time is also welcome)
Ideal Candidate can work staring from 7am

Responsibilities:
a) Prepare and manage bank deposits
b) Conduct invoice activities and pay vendors for delivered materials
c) Manage the payment of office utility and other bills
d) Process pay roll for staffs
e) Prepare and file financial documents, and prepare financial reports and balance sheets (mainly use QuickBooks)
f) Prepare Inn trail balance of book, track overdue accounts
g) Confirm, input and maintain records of collected invoices (invoices from delivery of suppliers)
For bar, lounge, and off-sale: Beer, hard liquor, beverage, grocery for cocktail etc.
For housekeeping: Linen, mattress sheets, and bed rug etc.
h) Being responsible for managing and recording daily cash from ATM and VLT machines
i) Calculate daily income and expense, manage account payable and receivable
