POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Store Planning and Construction, the Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the planning of; and ensuring the execution of all maintenance work for all Hillberg & Berk properties to ensure maximum reliability of all equipment, workplaces and store environments; considering safety, financial constraints, lead times, special equipment and repair procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Uphold the Hillberg & Berk culture and create an environment that is committed to exceeding client's expectations with the highest level of client service and quality at all times
-Execute the annual maintenance calendar and continually review this calendar to ensure that it is up to date and all inclusive;
-Quickly and efficiently respond to any maintenance requests for Hillberg & Berk properties as well as be the point of contact when the repairs are occurring;
-Conduct quarterly walkthrough inspections of all Hillberg & Berk properties to ensure adherence to visual standards, identify maintenance/repair needs as well as execute these required repairs;
-Coordinate key cutting, key cards and pass codes for all new hires;
-Order supplies, parts and equipment;
-Assist the Director of Store Planning, the COO and the CEO in gathering quotes and other service/repair information;
-Assist in the tendering process and/or the recruitment and hiring process of maintenance professionals;
-Verify work completed by tracing invoices back to P.O.s
-The communication of quotes as well as incurred and potential maintenance, repair and other costs to the CFO/Accounting Department
