Our client, a well-recognized local company, is in need of a reliable Accounts Payable Clerk.

In this role, you will:

- Receive and code invoices
- Prepare checks and process payments
- Review invoices and check requests
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Resolves invoice discrepancies
- Complete other duties as assigned


Experience:
- 3+ years experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable
- Working knowledge of Accounting software and Microsoft Suite
- Experience with A/P month end close, expense reporting and reconciliations
- Additional customs experience considered an asset

Education:
- Formal education related to Accounting; a focus on Accounts Payable is a definite asset
