Thyssen Mining is looking for an energetic and detail oriented individual to join our Technical Services Department in the position of Engineering Executive Assistant in our Regina, SK Head Office.  

The chosen individual will report to the Technical Services Manager and manage department administrative duties. In this role, the Engineering Executive Assistant will work alongside our team of professionals and be responsible for implementing processes, managing timesheets and invoicing, providing system reports, maintaining and updating electronic information systems, and distribution of documents.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- 5 years of relevant Administrative experience.
- Knowledge of software systems such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Ability to support and promote Corporate Health & Safety practices.
- Ability to adapt and learn or accept as required.
- A strong team player with both technical and non-technical people.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Methodical and detail oriented approach to work practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion and aptitude to train and share your experiences with others in related processes, procedures, and software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively in a team environment.
