Administrative assistant/officer at our Regina
office. Please attach your resume in Microsoft

person hired will report to the Senior immigration counsel, oversee the day to day running of the Regina office and accept direction from designated superior, respond to enquirer's phone call and email messages, serve as secretary to the director, make correspondence operations, complete
daily account log book and maintain strict
confidentiality of clients privileged information.
Must be proactive and able to achieve set goals. A familiarity with the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, its associated Regulations and basic accounting knowledge would be helpful.
Fluency in English or French is mandatory.
Salary/commission is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
