Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Works with word processing and spreadsheets.
Must be able to create a database and enter into software to complete administrative tasks
Complies and types statistical related reports, maintains related databases and enters new data.
Handles sensitive and extensive confidential information.
Filing correspondence and other records.
Complying and tracking all employees start dates, evaluations, increases, sick leave, holiday requests, blue cross benefits, reprimands, etc.
Assist with accounts payable/receivable and invoicing.
Update when required: Procedures and/or policies in Procedures & Policies Manual.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors of Administration and/or a suitable combination of business college
Four years of progressive office experience or equivalent
Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and data base software
Ability to handle a large variety of details and to work with all levels of organization
Ability to handle sensitive and extensive confidential data
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with use of simply accounting, e-mail, microsoft office and use of the internet
