Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Bilingual Receptionist (French/English) in Regina, SK. To qualify for this Receptionist role, you must be polite, friendly and have a strong presence of professionalism. Our client offers a friendly work environment and adequate training to meet the job requirements.
Bilingual Receptionist (French/English) Responsibilities:
- Answers telephone calls at the reception desk, forwards calls, takes messages, welcomes clients and directs them appropriately
- Performs various branch operational tasks such as: depositing cheques, assigning account numbers, reconciling journal entries for control accounts, etc
- Carries out routine clerical activities such as: receiving, sorting and sending out all the branchs mail, managing the schedule for and preparing the conference room and client rooms
Bilingual Receptionist (French/English) Qualification:
- At least two and a half years experience in a similar role
- Excellent telephone skills and verbal Communication
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and French
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Education requirement:
- College diploma or equivalent
