One year term position to cover a maternity leave.
Accountabilities:
Receive, prepare and deliver Rx(medication) accurately and timely to patients
Ensure medication and over the counter supplements inventory levels is adequate to meet patients needs
Counselling of prescription and OTC medications
Provide friendly customer service
Essential Skills

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Pharmacy Examining Boards of Canada Certification
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities

- Order and maintain stock
Specific Skills
- Advise customers on selection and use of non-prescription medication
- Maintain medication profiles of customers
- Dispense prescribed pharmaceuticals
- Compound prescribed pharmaceutical products
- Check prescriptions for proper dosage
