Description

Candidates must be able to work week days plus weekends. Candidates must have a clean drivers abstract and the ability to get to and from work as public transportation is not always available. Because of the nature of this job, employees may be required to provide a criminal record check.

Duties will include snow removal, litter pick up, inspection of facilities, as well as basic maintenance and repair work. Employees will also be required to operate hand tools, and snow blowers.

Any certifications such as pesticide applicators license, building systems certificate, etc. would be an asset but is not required. Experience in electrical, plumbing, landscaping or any other trades would also be considered when determining wage. The chosen candidate must be physically fit, as this position requires a lot of walking.
