Delta Regina is accepting applications for energetic individuals to fill positions in Indigo Restaurant. Following the policies and procedures of the Food and Beverage Department, the seated guest will be welcomed and informed of the dining options as server displays their knowledge of the menu and service standards. Orders will be taken accurately and all food and drink served in a timely manner.
Must be available to work weekend mornings and evenings on a regular basis. Preference will be given to applicants with hospitality-related experience, current Food Safe Certificate and Serve it Right Saskatchewan (SIRS)

Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Transportation/Travel Information
- Own transportation
Additional Skills
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Set tables
- Replace linen
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- Load buspans and trays
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- Assist customers with special needs
- Customer service oriented
Business Equipment and Computer Applications
- Point-of-sale system
