Highlights:
- You will manage all incoming calls and redirect to appropriate departments/individuals.
- Complete payments by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices
- Providing financial, administrative and clerical support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong Word, Excel and data entry.
- Experience with AP/AR
- Experience with various office equipment, including multi-line phone systems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to be an effective team member, and/or work independent, depending on project.
