Job Description:
Answering a multi-line phone system
Taking care of correspondence, records, business forms or other materials
General filing duties including sorting and filing materials
Photocopying and scanning documents
Dealing with walk in customers and clients
Understand and follow office security procedures
Perform other administrative support duties as required by the department or office
Skills:
Two years of experience in a similar role
Experience working with basic office equipment: photocopy machine, facsimile machine, binding machine, etc.
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
