We are currently looking for a Service Shop Foreman for our Swift Current location. This is a key position in the Service Shop reporting to the Service Manager and also having close contact with technicians. Responsibilities include planning and supervision of work flows in conjunction with the Service Manager as well as the development and support of technicians. This role is one of shop leadership and requires sound mechanical knowledge of agricultural equipment, especially the latest technology and advancements.   A journeyman designation is preferred, however, a balance of experience and training will also be considered. To be successful, we are looking for a strong team player with excellent people skills and proven organizational abilities.
