Key Responsibilities:
-Produce quality parts as per work order description
-Measure all parts produced to ensure quality
-Make machine adjustments as necessary
-Record measurements for quality control records
-Heat treat parts according to proper hardness standards
-Assemble finished bushings
-Count and package pins and bushings after heat treating and assembly
-Perform regular maintenance on lathes
-Record tool and insert changes for machine records
-General housekeeping of CNC room
-Maintain a safe and tidy work area
