The Cashier is responsible for greeting every guest that enters their Fuddruckers location. They are the first person the guest comes into contact with therefore one of the most important positions in the restaurant. They set the tone for the entire dining experience. They must be professional, personable, mastered in menu knowledge, know the current promotions, and offer all of this to every guest without fail. The Fuddruckers Sales Associate has a genuine service attitude.
Job requirements:
Always smile
Take customers' orders
Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
Use deep fryer, grill, oven, dispensers and other equipment to prepare fast food items such as wraps, hamburgers, fries, salads, ice cream dishes, milkshakes and other beverages
Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
Use equipment to prepare hot beverages such as coffee and tea specialties
Serve customers at counters
Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
May receive payment for food items purchased.
Dishwashing Skills
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
