Hiring a Head Cook in Radisson, SK
- Completion of secondary is required.
- Several years of commercial cooking experience (2~3 years) or completion of college or other program in cooking is required.
- Having confectionary experience is an asset.
Main duties are:
Prepare, cook and complete quality dishes
Maintain stock and inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Train and supervise junior cooks and kitchen helpers
Assure and maintain safety and quality of food served
Keep clean kitchen and work area
- 30~40 hours per week (full-time & permanent position), but applicants interested in part-time work will be considered.
- Wage: $22.00 per hour depends on qualification
- Benefits: 6% of vacation fee or 15 days of paid vacation and gratuities
